Terms & Conditions
1. Booking and Confirmation
All bookings are automatically confirmed upon submission, however LeAura Glo reserves the right to decline any booking that does not fit our service policies.
A treatment deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment.
By booking with us, you agree to complete any required consultation forms before your treatment begins.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling
We require at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of your booking deposit.
No-shows will result in loss of the full booking deposit and may affect future booking privileges.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the end of your appointment and can be made by card or cash.
All prices are quoted in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
Booking deposits are non-refundable except in cases where LeAura Glo cancels the appointment.
4. Refund Policy
While we strive to provide the best treatment and care for all clients, if you are unsatisfied with your service, we encourage open communication to resolve any concerns.
In instances where concerns cannot be resolved through discussion, a refund may be issued at the discretion of LeAura Glo.
Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of your appointment.
5. Arrival and Appointment Expectations
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to your treatment start time.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time to accommodate subsequent appointments, with no reduction in fees.
Consultation forms must be completed before treatment begins. Where necessary, medical approval evidence may be required.
6. Health and Safety Requirements
Clients with any known contagious body or skin conditions cannot receive treatments until fully cleared by a medical professional.
Clients under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be refused treatment without refund.
LeAura Glo reserves the right to refuse treatment if health and safety requirements are not met or if the client's condition is unsuitable for the requested service.
All consultation forms must be completed truthfully and in full prior to treatment.
7. Data Protection
LeAura Glo is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with GDPR regulations.
Your personal data will only be used for appointment management, treatment records, and communication regarding your services.
We will not share your information with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.
8. Liability and Professional Standards
LeAura Glo maintains appropriate professional insurance and follows industry best practices for all treatments.
While every care is taken during treatments, clients acknowledge that individual reactions to treatments can vary.
Any concerns about treatments should be communicated immediately during or after your appointment.
9. General Terms
These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by LeAura Glo.
LeAura Glo reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, England and Wales.
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
